Buying from the factory that sorts the stock cuts out the middleman. This is how it works with us, step by step, so you know what to ask any supplier.
1. Decide what you sell
Start from what moves in your shop or on your apps: brands, categories and the price you sell at. Send a simple list, for example Ralph Lauren sweaters, The North Face fleece, Miss Me jeans, with rough quantities.
2. Choose your grade mix
AB suits online sellers who want few flaws. ABC suits shops, markets and kilo sales and gives the lowest average price per piece. See our guide to vintage clothing grades for the detail.
3. Single-brand bundles or mixed bales
Single-brand bundles let you build a focused rail. Mixed 45 kg bales give you range across a category, such as branded fleece, jackets, denim or Y2K womenswear.
4. See the actual stock before you pay
A good supplier films your pieces, not a sample photo. We pick your order from the sorting floor, film it, and you can also check it on a live video call. You pay only once you have seen it.
5. Pay and ship
We take bank transfer or Wise. Shipping is quoted per kg with your order: air to the UK and EU lands in about 5–10 days, and sea takes 30–45 days and becomes the cheaper option at larger weights. Orders leave within 3 working days of payment.
6. Duties and VAT
Nothing on our duty-paid courier service: duties and import VAT are included in the per-kg rate and the parcel comes to your door. On sea freight for larger orders you clear customs yourself and we supply the commercial invoice and packing list.
7. Reorder
Fresh stock is sorted every working day, so a line that sells out is usually back the same week. Repeat buyers send their list on WhatsApp and we pick it the same way.

Where does factory vintage stock come from?
Our stock comes from US collections and is sorted and graded at our own factory in Pakistan.
How long does shipping take?
Air freight to the UK and EU takes about 5–10 days; sea freight takes 30–45 days.
Do I see the stock before paying?
Yes. We film every order and you pay after you have seen your stock.
