AB vs ABC grade: which should you buy?

Both grades come off the same sorting floor. The right one depends on where you sell and how you price.

Choose AB if you sell online piece by piece

Vinted, Depop, eBay and your own website buyers expect clean pieces and will return flawed ones. AB bundles (mostly A, some B, no C) keep returns down and photograph well. Lululemon leggings, for example, we only pack AB.

Choose ABC if you sell by rail, kilo or live

Shops, market traders, kilo sales and live sellers price across a range. ABC (A, B and some C) brings the average cost per piece down, and the C pieces still sell to reworkers and bargain racks. Big brands like Nike move well this way because the brand carries the C pieces.

What changes in price

ABC is priced for volume, so the average cost per piece is lower than AB for the same line. The exact difference depends on the brand and category; ask for both prices on WhatsApp and compare.

What stays the same

Both grades are hand-graded on our floor from the same daily stock, and both are filmed before you pay, so you see every piece either way.

A simple rule

If you list each piece with its own photos, take AB. If you sell by rail, weight or live stream, take ABC. If you do both, split the order: AB for the brands you list individually, ABC for the rest.

Questions

Is ABC grade bad quality?

No. ABC is a mix of A, B and some C pieces with visible flaws, priced for volume. Most of the bundle is A and B.

Can I mix grades in one order?

Yes. Many buyers take AB for one line and ABC for another in the same order.
